What is the difference between views and viewers?

"Views" are the number of views, meaning connections/player events to your live-stream or on demand content. They include re-connections, bandwidth changes or other events triggered by the user, the player or the device.

"Viewers" are the sessions of unique devices connecting to your on demand content or live-stream on the day of your live event. These may also include viewers who might have connected prior or after your scheduled live-event, as a good portion of your viewership may connected ahead of the starting time of your event.

Both views (connections) and viewers (devices) are strictly based on data delivered by your viewers' devices.
