Is there a way to combine an existing cross.tv account with a new Lightcast account?

We cannot merge an existing CROSS.TV account with a new Lightcast account. What we can do is to open up a new CROSS.TV account (needs to be done by our Tech Department), connect it with your existing Lightcast account and transfer the video content from the existing CROSS.TV account over to the "new" CROSS.TV account, which is connected to the Lightcast account. 

If we set up a new CROSS.TV account and merge it with your existing Lightcast account you will be able to use the same Username and Password. There is a small fee involved. Please ask your Account Manager or Customer Care if you would like to take advantage of this service.
