When upgrading to a larger service subscription, do you prorate the remaining days of the current billing cycle?

Yes. When you upgrade to a larger service subscription, our super-smart accounting system prorates the remaining days of the current billing cycle (of the current month if you selected monthly payment) and only charges the difference. The next billing cycle will then be the new service subscription amount.

The same goes for the Video Minutes: you will instantly receive the difference of the additional minutes from the upgraded service package for the remainder of the current month and then the higher bandwidth package starting the next month.
