Can I downgrade my Service Subscription during a contract period?

Downgrades can be requested and become effective with the next contract renewal. Downgrades cannot be executed during a contract period due to Lightcast's investment into development features, such as, but not limited to, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, TV Applications or other services which required setup and development, as well as the general costs involved with making changes to a Service Package Subscription. Such services are recovered over the period of 12 or 24 months, thus making the premature downgrading or cancelation of a contract impossible.
