Why can some of my viewers watch my DRM content while other viewers can not?

The DRM system is linked to the viewer's IP address. The IP address that loads the page on which your DRM Player is embedded MUST MATCH the IP address that loads your video player.

There are three major reasons why the IP address might not match:
1. The viewer is connected to the internet with multiple IP addresses,  for example  connected with Comcast and AT&T at the same time.

2. The viewer is connected via a proxy server

3. The viewer is using software or a service to mask his or her IP address
