How do I upgrade my service subscription to a larger service package?

It only requires an email to customercare@lightcast.com or an email to your Account Manager with the information to which package you would like to upgrade your service subscription. The Customer Care department will do the upgrade for you within 24 hours. You will receive an upgrade confirmation and your Lightcast Account will adapt automatically.

Your Account Manager or the Customer Care department will inform you about the new features included in your upgraded service subscription and what the next steps are.

Accounting wise our super-smart system prorates the remaining days of the current billing cycle (of the current month if you selected monthly payment) and only charges you the difference. The next billing cycle will then be on the new package.

The same goes for the Video Minutes: you will instantly receive the difference of the additional minutes from the upgraded service package for the remainder of the current month and then the higher bandwidth package starting the next month.
