How can I change my credit card you have on file?

You can manage your payment preference within your Lightcast.com account under "Invoices". On the very right side of the page you will see your subscriptions and the credit card belonging to it. By clicking on the "Change" button, you will be able to update your card information or adding a brand new credit card. 


Please make sure that the credit card you used to order your service subscription has the required credit line available each month (with monthly payment selected) or each year (with annual payment selected). 

Urgent cases which require the updating of your credit card information may include: 

1. Theft of card
2. Expiration of card
3. Replacement of card
4. Maxed-out credit line
5. You may want to collect points or miles on a different card :-)
