I wasn't aware of the automatic renewal of my contract. I'm not using my Lightcast package. What can I do?

Just like with any other service subscription such as telecom, mobile or utility providers Lightcast has its Terms of Use foreseeing auto-renewing service subscriptions in order to protect our clients media assets and ensure continuous service without loss of viewership. 

The renewal date of your service subscription is stated in your Service Subscription Agreement located in your Lightcast.com account under "Account - My Subscription": 

or under "Invoices". 

Subscriptions can be cancelled effectively with the end of the subscription cycle in observance of a 1-month cancelation policy.
