How do we discover what kind of App we received? A single-channel or multi-channel App?

To find out which kind of Roku App you've received, please go to your Service Subscription Agreement, which can be found in your Lightcast.com account under "Account - My Subscription". There you will find the information, how much VOD and/or LIVE Channels your Apps include.

You will also be able to find additional information under "Invoices" by opening the appropriate invoice for your Roku App (especially if it is a custom Roku App which wasn't included in the Service Subscription Agreement).

That said, Roku Apps can always be extended further more if you wish so. If you have a single-channel App, you can always extend it to a multi-channel App with additional VOD and/or LIVE Channels. Please keep in mind that there might be some fees involved with the extension of an App.
