I am experiencing technical difficulties. How can I use the Support Center?

1. Click "Login" and "Register" (please use your Lightcast Username and Password)

2. If you haven't already studied the "Getting Started Guides" - solutions to your problems are probably described right there. 

3. If you haven't already clicked through the "Categories" of "Knowledgebase" Articles - answers to your questions are most likely already there.

4. Search for an answer or a solution by typing in keywords of your question in the search field and hit enter on your keyboard.

5. If you have verified that there is a technical malfunction of the LightcastCDN - please open a Ticket
