Can I use a different credit card for a single payment of my current service subscription?

Yes, you can update your credit card information at any time within your Lightcast.com account under "Invoices". If you want to, you can call Lightcast Customer Care during US Eastern Time business hours to double-check, if your new payment details were received correctly, and by when they will be updated.

Please note that the change of primary form of payment in your service subscription can take up to 48 hours to become active. Please make sure that your new credit card has sufficient credit line and that your bank is notified about charges from Cross Media in order to avoid further delays and prevent auto-deactivation.

Please note that your new credit card will be used for all payments moving forward. If you wish to change the credit card saved with your service subscription again, please remember to change the card details again and to call Lightcast Customer Care during US Eastern Time Business Hours to receive confirmation on your next credit card change.
