My package subscription payment bounced and I had to buy additional Video Minutes. Do I get refunded?

Lightcast can't refund already purchased video minutes. According to the Terms of Service, each client is responsible to make sure, that Lightcast always has a working and sufficiently funded credit card on file for subscription payments.

There is an extensive grace period during which clients receive email notifications and alerts inside their accounts about payment bounces, which gives plenty of time to submit correct CC information. This can be done through your Lightcast.com account under "Control Center" by clicking the "change" button in the "My Account Settings" Box underneath your Payment Information.


Credit Card information can also be changed under "Invoices" by clicking on the green "Change" button under "Payment Information":
